Loving my new home

He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, up-to-date with his flea, tick and wormer, living with another dog his litter mate, he can be excitable around other dogs he meets, not been around cats, is ok with children 10 years and up, will need access to a secure garden, he is fine in the car, he is used to having company for most of the day, if he is left by himself he will whine & be vocal, but if he is with his litter mate then he is fine, he will respond to basic commands and if he is being out walked on his own his recall is good, his lead skills will need some work.
