He is neutered, not vaccinated but Barrk will fund 100% for initial full course, not microchipped Barrk will fund 100% of this cost, he has not had much experience around other dogs, NO CATS, never been around children, ok in the car, his recall and basic skills are good, can pull on lead, he is a little overweight, he loves to play with his ball, he can bark at strangers, he will need adopters who are around for most of the day in a country home who are able to give him the exercise required, up for adoption through no fault of his own.
